How Will I Find My Driver?

We will arrange by email or phone your flight details/date/time of arrival. Our driver will meet you in the Arrivals Hall holding a sign with your name and destination.

What If I Cannot Find My Driver?

You will be given the drivers' mobile number when you book, for contact. You should go to the Information Point (i) and call the driver. Please DO NOT GO OUTSIDE THE TERMINAL. Do not worry we will be there!

What Happens If My Flight Is Delayed?

Do not worry we endeavour to pick up however late you arrive! BUT we ask you to keep us in touch either by phone or SMS.

Will A Delayed Flight Incur Extra Charges?

NO. The only extra charges there may be is if we cannot contact you and you are delayed in Border Control/Baggage Claim, etc and the driver has already parked. CAR PARKING CHARGES AT STANSTED ARE VERY EXPENSIVE!

Can We Pay In Foreign Currency?

Sorry, we only accept £ Sterling. Try to change up your currency before you arrive because this can take extra time and it is a very poor rate in the Airport.

Do You Accept Credit Cards?

Yes usually and Solo (depending on card.) Cards HAVE to be paid in advance by phoning up our office. A receipt will be provided by the driver.

Should We Give The Driver A Tip/Gratuity?

If you are satisfied with your service the driver is always happy to accept.
